An Experience Agency · Bangkok · Since 2005
A different way of thinking about events.
We treat every brief as a business question, not a stage. Twenty years of practice has made one thing clear — experience design is about judgment, not just budget.
A few of the brands we have worked with
Selected Work
Six stories chosen for the thinking, not the size.
Each one began as a business question. The image is the proof; the number is the result; the note explains the judgment we made along the way.
More than 590 productions delivered — see the Gallery for additional work.
The Thesis
People don't remember ads.
They remember experiences.
If a moment doesn't create emotion, it never travels — not in conversation, not on a feed, not in a buying decision.
How We Read a Brief
Three questions before any stage is built.
Does it stop people?
A first encounter strong enough to interrupt attention and open curiosity, before any selling begins.
Does it engage people?
Audiences turned into participants through interaction systems designed on purpose, not by accident.
Does it make people share?
Memory, content, and social proof built into the architecture — so the experience travels after the room is empty.
Without all three, it is just a beautiful stage.
Capabilities
What we are asked to design.
01
Corporate Energy
Conventions, leadership forums, dealer rallies, and cultural moments that need executive composure and operational discipline in the same room.
- National & Awards Conventions
- Dealer & Distributor Rallies
- Leadership & Executive Forums
02
Brand Experience
Launches, retail activations, and personalisation systems that turn a passive audience into a participating one — without making the brand chase them.
- Product Launch & Reveal
- Retail & Mall Activation
- Personalisation & Social Systems
03
Public & Mass Events
High-volume programmes where the harder problem is not visibility but logistics, safety, and energy retention across thousands of people at once.
- Mass Sport & City Programmes
- Public & Civic Events
- Crowd Safety & Operations
How We Work
Four steps, applied to every brief we accept.
-
01
Brief & Strategy
An outcome workshop with the people who own the result. We turn a business question into an experience hypothesis before anyone draws a stage.
-
02
Design & Storyboard
Concept architecture, narrative beats, technology choices, and visual language — all reviewed before a single set is built.
-
03
Production & Show Control
In-house build, synchronised show control, and one risk-managed operating room across stage, audience, content, and data.
-
04
Capture & Amplify
Real-time content, post-event social rails, and a measurement debrief that closes the loop on the original KPI.
Technology, Used Quietly
Technology should disappear into participation.
AR, AI camera, QR engagement, real-time sharing, data capture, and 3D presentation are tools — not the show. We pick the ones that make a moment measurable, then keep them invisible.

0KTrust & Scale
A control room that begins before arrival and stays after departure.
Build anticipation
Narrative, invitation, audience segmentation, registration flow, and expectation design.
Create momentum
Live interaction, crowd energy, show control, content capture, and participation triggers.
Extend brand energy
Data insight, social amplification, lead nurturing, and post-event content systems.
- In-house strategy, creative, production, and technology under one roof
- Real-time coordination across stage, audience, content, and data
- Participation systems that convert attention into measurable engagement
What clients say
“They started with our business question, not our budget. That changed every conversation afterwards.”
“One operating room across stage, audience, content, and data. We had never seen that level of show control.”
“They declined our first brief and told us why. Most agencies would have taken the cheque. That is the reason we kept working with them.”

Common Questions
Eight answers before you send a brief.
-
We sell business outcomes delivered through three capability lanes — Corporate Energy, Brand Experience, and Public & Mass Events. We are an experience agency, not an event organiser. We do not sell hours, stages, or vendors in isolation.
-
Pricing is custom but ranges roughly from THB 1M for a single-day activation up to THB 15M+ for a flagship national programme. Our public brackets are 1M–3M, 3M–7M, 7M–15M, and 15M+, mapped to audience scale and scope.
-
Typical engagement runs 6–14 weeks from accepted brief to live event. Shorter timelines are possible for repeated formats; we will be transparent about trade-offs if under 6 weeks.
-
Yes — all of those are in our stack. But we only recommend a tool if it makes the moment measurable. We will redirect briefs that ask for technology just because it is trendy.
-
Yes. Every brief submitted through the website or hello@alamode.today is read by a senior strategist within one business day.
-
Selectively — for existing clients expanding regionally, or for Thailand-based brands with regional moments. We are not a pan-Asia network.
-
Stage-only requests, briefs without a business outcome, and vanity-tech requests. We will be honest and refer you to a production-only partner when we are the wrong fit.
-
We do not just concept (creative agency) or just execute (production house). We turn a business question into a designed moment under one operating system — strategy, design, production, and amplification together.
Start the Conversation
Tell us the outcome. We will shape the experience.
No deck, no theatre — just a focused conversation with a senior strategist about what you need the moment to do for the business.
